  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Choco chips

Instruction

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

2. Grease the Loaf 9*5 inch loaf pan with oil or butter.

3. Put Butter paper in a loaf pan

4. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the bananas in a large bowl until they are smooth and lump-free. Add melted butter.

5. After that add 1 large beaten egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 plain yogurt and mix each and everything well. (if you dont want to add egg avoid and follow the same recipe as per the instruction)

6.Gradually Add before Sieve the 1 1/2 flour,1/2 Baking soda,1/2 tsp Baking powder,1 cups of sugar and 1/4tbsp salt and mix well until its properly combined and remove any clumps and fluffs.

7. Do not overmix the better as this can result in a tough banana bread.

8. Pour the prepared batter into the loaf pan, ensuring an even distribution, and use a spatula to smooth out the top. Add Choco chip in a loaf. Tap the loaf on a pain surface so that the batter is equal.

9. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

10. Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
